I am 38 years male! I have highpertension and blood sugar. I am taking medicine for both illness. My bp and sugar level are normal now! I am taking repace h, metformin 500 and ecosprin 75 morning and repace50, amlodipine5, prolomet xl 25 and atchol10 in night. Sometimes I have headache and dizziness.

ecosprin and atchol are not medicines for BP or sugar. Your symptoms may be due effects of over medication. better to stay healthy than be a 38 year old on � dozen medicines. Please talk to people who are 90 and healthy and learn their diet and lifestyle

Dizzyness could be due to low sugar levels. Is there a specific time when you feel dizzy. Try checking your blood sugar at that time. Or else headache could be due to a different cause. Needs to be found out. Contact with with specific info about headache in case of help needed.
