In case of every diabetes patient depending upon his/her glucose levels, age, deit and exercise and weight drug treatment is decided. Every drug has its specific role. Dosage also depends on each persons needs. Tenelegliptin and Vildagliptin both are good. Therefore, unless details like glucose levels, HbA1c%, weight, extent of exercise, serum creatinine level, lipid profile and BP as well as diet are necessary to understand what a patient may need.
