I had a severe case of lung TB. Now, my XRAY report shows Fibrotic Koch Lesions in the upper/mid zones. What does it mean? How it can be treated? I completed my TB course for 6 months. I am a 26 yrs. Old female.

Your X ray is showing fibrotic lesion because the old tuberculosis cavity is healed. If you have taken a full course of ATT you don't have to worry. However consult a chest physician for advice
