I am a nigerian man. I started feeling slight appetite in my stomach when I woke up some days ago, later I am having stomach pains and difficulty in emptying my bowel. I have tried sodium bicarbonate, bisadoyl but to no avail. The stomach pains and difficulty to empty bowel and also frequent spitting have not stopped. Please what medications can I take.
