Hello, 3 weeks ago I was sitting on my desk and suddenly I felt tingling and numbing in my left arm started from my left armpit. But I brushed it off and tried to calm myself down. After a few minutes I started panicking but I tried taking deep breaths my lungs felt fine, a moment later I started having a panic attack, feeling numbness in most of my body. By the end of the night I was extremely fatigued, almost losing balance, I barely ate that night. Woke up the next day I went to see a doctor, he did x-ray scan and said it's just a pulled muscle in my shoulder and gave me ibuprofen took the ibuprofen for a week and felt better. After I stopped it, I thought I was back to normal I started having the same symptoms again I don't wanna live counting on pain killers when fatigue hits hard I can barely sit I have to lay down, my legs trembles and feel weak, and sometimes a little bit of numbing on my left shoulder. Yesterday I got a new symptom and woke up with burning pain in my hip joints. Living in an area where experienced doctors are not many. I did a lot of research on what this could be. An iron or vitamin b12 deficiency? I took feroglobin for a week and felt better but then the numbing came back a little. Maybe vitamin d? So I started taking multivitamins and staying out in the sun a couple days ago still nothing (i know it takes time to make any difference) I know I shouldn't be taking any supplements without consulting a doctor. I read some articles saying it could be a nervous system problem or thyroid problems (but the symptoms didn't all match) I want an advice on what might I have so I can go to the right specialist and not waste my money or time. Thank you.
