I having neck pain in the morning on both sides of neck since I started doing some exercises from last week but pain is not gone yet to fly suggest.

Hi lybrate-user. If you have neck pain and feeling sitffness follow these simple methods. Apply ice for the first few days. Take otc�pain�relievers, such as ibuprofen or acetaminophen. Take a few days off from sports, activities that aggravate your symptoms, and heavy lifting. Exercise your�neck very day. Xray cervical for neck to confirm if there any spondylosis. If possible applying tens for a week will loosen neck muscles, wearing soft collar for a month during work will keep neck muscle stable and immovable which helps in healing. Follow up with reports thank you.
