I am diagnosed with high bp and advised cilacar t 40 mg tablet one every night after food. From the day I have started taking the tablet, my urge to urinate at night has increased and always feel my bladder is full. Is this serious? My sugar level is normal.

Cilacar t is a combination of cilnidipine and telmisartan. It should technically not cause increased urination unless you are consuming a lot of water after taking the tablet. Reduce your water intake couple hours before bed and you should be fine. To be doubly sure, check you psa levels and do a sonography of your abdomen with pvr (post void residual urine) on a full bladder to rule out a prostate issue.
