I am 80 years old and I am suffering from constipation, gastro problems like acidity non-clearance of stomach. I am taking albera dsr capsule from last one week but still not working. What should I do?

Hello sir, do you have any underlying medical problems like hypothyroidism, diabetes? How active you are? What is your diet? Advice avoid dehydration incorporate fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet. Can take tab pantoprazole 40 mg once daily empty stomach instead of albera dsr. For constipation syrup cremaffin 10 ml at night for 2-3 days. (if you have diabetes then take syrup cremaffin sugar free) please consult directly if needed.
