Dear sirs, I have high triglyceride approx 320, ldl 200 and hb 18.3 and not taking any medicine for this. I used to take ecosprin 75 mg and atorva 20 mg but I did not find any positive result so I stopped taking any medicine. My current weight is 75 kg and covering approx 8k -10k steps in a day and consuming 1300-1500 calories in a day, I do not know if I am on a right path or not, but again, not getting positive results. I have maximum fat on my stomach, lower back & side. Can you please suggest me what can I do to reduce or maintain my weight. I also do not know if I am having bone weight or fat weight but most of the time my body feels tired. Please suggest me sirs.
