Numbness or heaviness in left side of body (arm legs head) it happen to me often .(but it's not one side specific some time right hand also get numb) form the last 2 month my left arm is usually get numbed and walk cause a little bit release. In my opinion it just because of my eating habits I don't eat healthy amount of meal and also take high amount of salt.
