I have strange waves of pressures in my body and mind. Every few minutes or so I feel as if a current flows in my brain. I can't think properly or focus for long periods. Then, after the waves my head gets so overburdened that it needs to move on it's own to find relief. Please help. I can't figure out what the problem is. A little background about my medical issues: I have suffered from severe anxiety and depression, in particular social anxiety. I was so afraid to even leave the house. I was on cipralex ssri for 2 months but then I got off. Now I am looking after my health in a natural way through exercise, meditation, and nutrition. I have been on a change for 4 months but these pressures are incessant.
