My 9 year old sister turning 10 in a month or so. She has been going through short (30 seconds) seizures last year every few months and it all stopped for more than 6 months. We had her to do an mri test and the doctor said it's all normal and safe. As to what I know it's a non epileptic seizure. It came back 2 days ago after she was tired in doing an activity and she sleeps on 3 am for the past week or even more. She is all normal and healthy but sleeps late. Please help.

Why non epileptic? I think she has been suffering from epileptic seizures. Normal mri does not exclude epilepsy. Probably she had her eeg done. Is it normal? Even then also epilepsy is the possibility. Anyway, she should consult a neurologist. Another thing, sleeplessness might provoke epileptic attacks. She should avoid late nights. Hope for her early recovery.
