Yes you can use it for wrist pain. But also see that if there is any swelling present or not. If so then consult pediatric ortho.

No, it contains diclofenac sodium, not recommended in this age. Instead you can use simple syp combiflam for this purpose.

Oral medication for pain is better than local application. Syrup paracetamol is safe and preferred medicine. Dose will depend on weight of the baby.
