Hi I am having blisters on tongue lot of them further my tongue turns white in centre and they often reoccurs within few days. Kindly advise the things to be avoided or is there any severe issue.

Hey there, you need to clean your tongue properly. Use a soft tooth brush or wet cotton to do so. Donot use a tongie cleaner. Rx: * candid gel for local application thrice daily for 7 days. Apply after mealsover the tongue. Put it with your finger or use cotton instead. Donot rub, apply gently. After application there is a watery discharge, donot spit. Kindly gulp it in as it is saliva with the medicine. Donot rinse your mouth or eat or drink anything for atleast half hour after application. * limcee chewable tablets once daily * have lots of water. * maintain tongue and oral hygiene. * avoid hot and spicy food and citrus things. * avoid smoking/ tobacco intake if have any habit. * eat healthy. * if you have any history of constipation, try drinking warm milk at night before sleeping or use isabgol husk in warm milk. Tongue blisters can occur for various reasons like stress, hormonal changes, virus etc. Avoid hot and spicy foods, take cold, blend diet. Thanks.
