Hello doctor, my mother is having constant head spins and she fells too weak. She has high blood pressure and had also gone through treatment of helicobacter pylori infection. After the 2nd check up the doctor told that the h.pylori infection was gone. But then also she has a problem of constant burping even though she eats or doesn't eats. But from the last three days she is suffering from constant head spins and weakness. At 1st her head used to spin only while she was about lay down on the bed or roll over the bed but from yesterday she is suffering from constant head spins even if she sits or lie down on the bed. What should I do doctor?

You said head spin which I presume it is vertigo. Some clarifications required 1) what medicines for blood pressure? 2) any ailment of ear disease like discharge from ear, noise in ear or hard of hearing. 3) any problem related to cervical spine 4) any endocrine disease like diabetes, hypothyroidism 5) is she suffering from abnormal lipid profile?

In some cases even if the h.pylori infection is gone, the ulcer is still there and it bleeds inside resulting in blood loss and low b.p.which might very well be the cause of her head spins (vertigo). I would suggest you to consult a doctor and check her b.p and go for an upper g.i endoscopy to check for ulcers or other gastric pathologies. The doctor will also ask her relevant questions and examine her to check for other problems.
