Hello Abhishek! You can start with mild exercise during the day, as this time going out is not possible so you can do stretching at home specially for stomach. Take more of fibre rich food likewise cucumber, tomato, lotus stem etc. Add more of fruits in your diet likewise, melon, papaya, pomegranate etc. Add plenty of water during the day. Take regular meal at every 2 hourly. Three major and two mid meals are essential. For best results you can checked your heat level and take specific diet.

avoid oily n junk food, increase ur water intake, eat salads n fruits before every meal atleast 25 mnts before... n if possible skip dinner... only eat juicy fruits...
