I have three reading of blood pressure, 127/84 morning, 143/93 afternoon, 140/88 evening. I was prescribed telmikind 20 mg but i'm not using it regularly, as blood pressure was normal in most of the days. Now from the last 5 days heart rate was 110 on an average and I hear/sense the rythm of heart. So please tell me if it's a sign of danger. Else please suggest me with a medicine as its locked down here and most of the doctors were unavailable.

have perfect sleep for 8 to 10 hours and also have warm water daily plus Ayurveda have medicines for control heart problems u should not consider as heart problems

You should get a ecg done at nearby hospital at the earliest as it could be some abnormal rhythm. Till than, we advise tab bisoprolol 5 mg till than for such times.
