My father has been taking prescribed telista-40 since 10 years and recently he thinks it dsnt work for him so he started taking telista-ch 40 and he thinks it is lowering his bp better than telista. He is also diabetic. As telista ch is a combination of angiotensin receptor blocker and chlortalidone will not it cause any side effect to him?

There is no problem. Chlorthalidone is diuretic. It will control systolic blood pressure in better ways.
