My sugar label are f.194 ,pp 288 hba1c is 7.7. I am taking gluconorm vg2 forte with 1st bite of breakfast and januvia 100 before 20 minute of dinner pl suggest.

Your fasting and PP glucose levels are two high. Which means current treatment is not adequate. There is a need to upgrade the same.
