Hello lybrate-user first of ol humalog contain two drugs one part is short acting regular insulin and second part is basal for long action but you again use lantus and lantus is basal so kindly stop lantus and continue with humalog 50/50. Just do self monitoring plasma glucose charting it will helpful to you in future just check your blood sugar in the mrng and once in the evening half an hour before meal and revert me back my centre no is mobile.
