Sir my microalbumin is 5.00 mgdl and creatinine is 63.29 and acr is calculated as 0.079.is it good for me. I am a diabetic for 10 years. On teneligliptin 20 mg, repace 50 and novastat 5 mg. Please suggest. Before 7 month acr was 37 mg/g.

Hello, Thanks for the query. Your ACR seems fine. Please mention your serum creatinine (mg/100 ml) and urea concentration to calculate eGFR. Also mention the fasting, PP glucose levels and HbA1c%. Plus give following details : dietary pattern, extent of daily exercise being done, lipid profile, weight and height. On going through all the parameters I will be able to give specific comments. Thanks.
