Your black stools. If you have bleeding in the upper gi tract -- the esophagus, stomach, and duodenum -- you could have black, tarry stools that are called melena. Please consult gastroenterologist immediately.
Endoscopy should be done upper gi and lower gi to search for the cause. And treat constipation also if there.
