Age 42 female. Is taking calcium vitamin supplement necessary after 42? Some say I have to. Same say its not good n long run.

if you are facing any medical issues, yes you can go for it. if not than no need. take healthy diet. winter is a good time to consume proper n healthy meal, as at this time our metabolism rate is very good. so you can add calcium, iron and vitamin D rich food in your diet that are generally deficiet, specially in females add milk and dairy products in your diet. Take green leafy vegetables shakes n liquids are essential for you. Take proper meal at every 2 hourly. if you face any problem than you can go for the supplements but natural foods are far better than any supplements
