I am 27 years unmarried female. I feel heaviness and pain in both of my legs. This is concentrated in calf and ankle area and foot also. Pain often starts in the evening. I am a ph. D student so most of the time em on my chair sitting. Kindly suggest me.

Dear Lybrate user as you mentioned, you should take care of your diet, sleep and water intake properly. Regular physical exercise is must for healthy mind and body. Learn yoga and meditation. You may take calcium and d3 supplements for some time. These days vit b12 deficiency is very common. You may take supplements on first hand. If no relief then blood tests for cbc, thyroid, hba1c (more important if family history of diabetes) and other routine test may be needed.
