Hello, my father is almost 60 years old. He is having large hepatic liver cyst in the left lobe of the liver. It is almost 12x10 cm. Is it dangerous?

This large a cyst could either be an abscess or parasitic cyst or a cystic tumour does he have history of alcohol consumption? Does he have fever and related constitutional symptoms have these tests been done - 1. Cbc 2. Lft 3. Pt-inr 4. Cect abdomen/mri abdomen 5. Stoll re/me and ova/cyst 6. Serum ig g for entamoeba msg me the reports on Lybrate. I will be able to help you with the treatment.
