I am 30 years old and my sgot is 55. 0 and sgpt is 90.6 this year and last year my liver was very good. Reading of sgot and sgpt were normal. I have also got done tmt test this year and report result is "induced ischemia @ mets 10.10 is negative but there is st elevation" I am having hypertension and sometimes I take amlopres-at for controlling my high bp and I am just worried about st elevation and liver profile readings please guide me what is the problem with my heart and liver?

rise in sgpt is very common and not immediately dangerous. The commonest causes are soluble calories that are injurious to liver. Besides alcohol and various sugars, a large number of minor nutrients may be mildly toxic. TMT at 10.10 mets is normal finding. Check your bp every month on fixed dates after resting for 10 minutes and keep it below 140. Increase intake of non reactive calories that enter blood stream directly from intestines without passage thru liver.
