My brother had some personal issues and he hit his forehead hard and had bleeding and stitches 3 years ago he did not take any ct at that time or any test. He has difficulty falling sleep and if he does he wakes up in between one or twice between sleep please confirm if we need to worry or take any scans or go to a doctor for check up.

Dear Lybrateuser, - preferably get him examined by a doctor who will advise you if any investigation is required -also for good restful sleep he can follow some tips: - keep mind & body active throughout the day so that at night sleep is proper - avoid napping more than 20-30 min in the day if you do so - avoid caffeine intake as in tea, coffee batter 3 o'clock in the afternoon - do regular exercise preferably in the morning, avoid any vigorous exercise in the evening - keep the ambiance in the room sleep inducing - avoid watching any gadget screen like tv computer or mobilev1-2 hours before sleep as they can disturb sleep - have a warm shower & a glass of warm milk before sleep as they induce peaceful sleep - have a light dinner 2-3 hours before bedtime.
