On 5/9 I had unprotected sex and fell ill and then I was on azithromycin500 mg for 5 days. Then on 24/10 I had one capsule of wow omega 3 and fell dizzy from then I have many symptoms like muscle, joint, stomach pains and headaches all have progressed one by one. I had hiv report which was negative and cbc and urine routine. Cbc showed low lymphocytes count which was 850 range was 1000-3900. I am currently on meds naprosyn 500 and nurokind cl and ranidom. One thing is that I have started eating eggs on 23/10. I am having fear that I have autoimmune disease and will never be fine. I was very fit before 24/10 and play sports and go to gym. Please help.

1.do not worry. I think you are just having anxiety due to the fact that you had unprotected sex. 2. For your safety, if possible also get hiv, hbsag and anti hcv test for the girl you had sex with. 3. Also do repeat hiv, hbsag and anti hcv at 1 month and 6 months 4. These tests are usually called viral markers. These are usually done to rule out viral pathologies transmitted due to sex/blood transfusion/needle stick injury. 5. Let me know if you need treatment for this. Also consult with reports if possible.
