Drinking 8 to 10 glasses of water is said to be good for health. When I drink one glass of water my stomach feels bloated and also sometimes feels like vomiting. Please suggest me how much water should I drink a day and also at what interval. Please rply soon.
In a day 2.5 to 3 liter water is sufficient, take in sips if feeling nausea or vomiting, may have interval of one hour or more.
