Hi Sir, I am having tiny blisters on my penis top and a bit on shaft. They come for 2-3 days, then pop out, make the skin white/red for 2-3 days and go back. Then reoccur after 10-15 days. I got tested for hsv and hiv and the results are negative. Please suggest to me.

Syphilis is a sexually transmitted infection caused by a type of bacteria. The first sign of syphilis is a small, painless sore. It can appear on the sexual organs, like in your case it is in your penis someone can have it without showing any symptoms for years. Syphilis is most infectious in the first two stages. As you said you are in third stage which is latent stage you may need a lumbar puncture, or spinal tap I need to examine you before I reach to any solid conclusion and start treatment. Let's discuss it further. It?s recommended that you test for hiv and other sexually transmitted infections (stis) at least once a year if you?re having sex, even if you always use protection. You might want to test more regularly than this, for example, if you are having sex with a new partner or feel you are more at risk. Groups who are more at risk are recommended to test more regularly. Testing every 3-6 months is often advised for men who have sex with men. Testing regularly helps keep your mind at rest, and if you test positive, it means you can start treatment quickly, protecting your health.
