I consulted one dermatologist. She suggested some medicines. Now it's been 6 months using minoxidil 5% solution (of tugain) and a tablet called finpecia. I think still hair fall is there and hair thinning is also there. Also after some hours of using minoxidil solution, there is something like dandruff kind is getting formed on my head (i don't had the much dandruff problem earlier). Please help me: 1. Is that dandruff kind of substance has any side effect? 2. Will continuing minoxidil 5% solution (of tugain) and a tablet called finpecia help in reducing hair fall and hair thinning?
