Mujhe seven days se fever tha maine medicine liya aur abhi fever two days se thik hai. But mujhe bahaut weeknes lag raha hai aur shoulder me aur neck me pain bhi ho raha hai aur kuch bhi karne ka man nh kar raha hai. Mai kya karu kuch samaj nh aa raha. Please suggest.
