A malignant tumor is a group of diseased cells defined by one of three characteristics: uncontrolled growth, invasion and damage of healthy cells, or spreading to other organs of the body. Enlarged lymph nodes, lumps, swelling, hemorrhaging, and an enlarged spleen (splenomegaly) are common symptoms. The most appropriate course of treatment can only be determined by the size, location, and stage of the tumor. You may need to discuss it in more detail.
