I am 25 years old female, having lactation issue right from the delivery. One of my doctor suggested me to take perinorm tablet but its not working milk supply has not increased and im using lactonic granules. My baby is 2 and half months old now, please suggest me to increase milk supply it helps me alot.

1.take 4 glasses of milk daily, 2. Increase your protein intake like daal, eggs, paneer 3.take dryfruits ladoo that your mother in law must have made. 4. Give frequent feeds to baby. Do not give any other milk other than yours 5.do not feel anxious about your decreased milk production. Stay relaxed 6. Lactonic granules are ok. Continue them.
