I am 20 years old. I have asthma, allergies and mild dns. I get sick once a week sometimes cause being totally unknown. Symptoms are same every time but vary with cough, mucous build up, sore throat, blocked nose, mild fever. Been taking anti histamines and montelukast daily for a long time now. There seems no improvement.

Dear lybrate-user, montelukast alone will not help. You may need a basal spray and inhalers also avoid exposure to cold items, dust, air conditioner. Get yourself evaluated with a chest physician with cbc ige xray chest xray pns and spirometry warm regards.
