My mother is suffering from diabetic macular edema as per the reports in guwahati and she is of 67 years, type 2 diabetic since 24 years dependent on insulin and done her bypass surgery on 2011. Now here the physician has injected avastin injection on both the eyes but the consequences are reverse, rather than subsiding the swelling has gone up. Kindly suggest what needs to be done now.
