Blood vomiting is known as hematemesis. Reason behind blood vomiting can cause by many reason like stomach ulcer, which is infection with bacterium h.pylori due to long-term use nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs such as aspirin, ibuprofen or naproxen, also enlargement of food pipe or gut, tumour lesion of stomach. And aslo stress and anxiety can. So, try to avoide stress n maintain healthy diet with proper rest. If still it continues then better you go to doctor and consult.
