Thats a short term management for anxiety. It will only help you in symptomatic reduction of anxiety, its not a long term solution. Please consult a psychiatrist who will prescribe you proper drugs for depression or anxiety after a detailed history which you might have to take for 4 to 6 months and then it will be gradually tapered off if you do not have any symptoms. Use of serenace and trika daily without prescription is addictive and habit forming. Later when you try to discontinue it, you will have same symptoms of anxiety. Also please follow a healthy diet, regular exercise regimen and also google search for relaxation techniques like deep breathing or progressive muscle relaxation or you can also consult a psychologist and get a short course of therapy done.

Dear Baban, Both serenace 0.25 nad trika plus reduces only the anxiety part of the depression. You may need an antidepressant and/or therapy to get out of these medicines after few weeks. Please discuss with your doctor about other treatments for your depression.
