I joined gym after 6 months of gap and on first day I did some exercises which required weightlifting and pulling like lat pulldowns. It's been two since then and I have this sever pain in both of my arms. I am not able to stretch my arms fully because of pain. The pain get so bad every time I try to use any of my hand to pick up anything. It feels like the forearm muscles and muscles in the sidebof elbow joints are stretched which is why it's paining. What should I do?

It's normal after workout. Its because of deposition of lactic acid in muscles. Next day you should do some cardio exercises like running or swimming or playing like badminton or tread mill or cycling. Swimming etc, cardio exercises use lactic acid a sfuel. Do not stop gym but do weight training alternate days. Never do on consecutive days.
