I am 53 years male with Type 2 Diabetes since 2004. My random Blood sugar is around 250. fasting is between 200-250. Last HBiAc is 7.8 two months back. I exercise 5 times a week on elliptical trainer or walk for 20- 30 minutes. I sometimes run on the treadmill for 30 minutes and do not feel too tired. I am an occasional beer drinker (once or twice a month). I have no BP or Cholesterol. However, I feel very tired some days and want to sleep during the day. If a catch a nap of 30 minutes, I am fine. I cannot sleep more than 4 or 5 hours a night. I have been having shoulder and elbow pain since past two months. It is more during the night or early morning. Please let me know the reasons for the above symptoms.
