I'm 18 year's old boy. I regularly go gym for primary body building and fitness. And I don't want to consume supplements for protein intake. What should my diet be like? And what should I consume as in protein for my pre and post workout?

Have more of milk and milk products. Soyabean and pulses and dal. If you are a non vegetarian you can have those sources. Have more of paneer and paneer water. Have carbs before ore work out. Post workout have more of protein and some carbs.
