Hi Doctor, I'm not getting sleep during nights. Early hours of morning (in between 4-5) I'm going for sleep. This is happening from many years but now it is in peak stages. This is impacting my work life very badly. I have tried many things such as no tv/laptop/mobile during nights, having good supper, not thinking of anything but still no luck. I'm going through stress and work pressure due to lack of sleep and also not enjoying my personal life with my family. Request you to advice how to get rid of this issue. Thanks for help.
