L5-s1 level diffuse disc bulge with central disc protrusion abutting the ventral thecal sac and compressing right sided traversing nerve root & l4-l5 level diffuse disc bulge prominent along bilateral lateral recess and neural foramen indenting bilateral traversing and existing nerves. I can't walk properly.
