I had my third iui on 21 july. Every month I am getting vaginal infection. I hav taken complete treatment but it is coming back. I am having itching and white discharge. As I am trying to conceive is it safe to use evasaf cl tablet and bactowil cream. Will it affect the iui. Any home remedy to cure the infection completely. As I am also maintaining proper hygiene.

Hi, Evasaf(Fluconazole) is not safe in early pregnancy. You can use Candid V3 vaginal pessary for 3 nights instead and use 2% candid cream. You must avoid vaginal washes and can take Probiotics (Prouro) 1 sachet every morning for 4 weeks to prevent further infections.

Hi. Its safe, you can use them in pregnancy patient as well/ take curd in your diet, you can use probiotics if this is recurrent even after complete treatment. This itself will avoid you from getting pregnant.
