I am 5 feet in height n having two kids 7 years n 2 years old both cesarean. My weight is 67 kg n I look fat. I am working as a teacher n don't find time for exercises. Pls suggest me a diet chart to lose weight.

Hello lybrate-user, first of all, things to avoid are fried foods, sugar and processed things. Things to include are lots of vegetables, fruits, whole grain and water. Never skip your meals, and have healthy snacks in between your main meals. For customised diet plans.
