Dear doctors, I am having the condition of diabetes for last 12 years now. My problem is despite doing a 45 minutes walk, having 90% diet control, my fasting sugar levels are around 200 - 230 and post prandial is about 240 - 280. Last hba1c was 9.5. My doctor says I am already eating what he typically recommends and I am almost highest dosage of medication. I am not willing to go on insulin knowing it has several complications and also I have fobia of needle. Can someone please guide what can be of help?
