6 months ago I was diagnosed with vit d deficiency as I had chronic back bone and muscle weakness and pain. Doc advised me to take neuro d3 60k, I was recovering well. After 8 weeks doc advised me to stop taking vit d medicine. My latest blood report shows sufficient vit d, calcium and phosphorous in the body. But now I have again started feeling weakness in muscles, pain is less as compared to earlier. On advice of a orthopedics I took vit b and vit e tablets. That made me feel better only for 2 days now again i'm feeling muscular weakness, shoulders tending to deform. Pain in legs on prolonged standing. Returning to previously felt symptoms, Please help.

It looks like you are anaemic. And also you have to check with your vitamin and calcium, if the bones are weak then automatically the pain gets triggered more as there is less energy during any metabolic activity.
