Why every time I see a hiv test report ,the negative report states a 0.04,0.06,0.09 reading ,is it to state that the operatingsystem should not be considered right cause it is a machine. Is it possible that a person with this reading can be a suspect for getting the virus strong in future. Why there will be always a reading ,will there be zero reading for some people.
