Hello user, avoid salty, fried, oily and junk food. Take more fibrous food. Do regular walk and do anuloma, viloma. Drink lot of water. Take sarpagandha vati 2 twice daily, parbhakar vati 2 twice daily and arjun tab 2 twice daily.

If bp is 200 it is dangerous. It is less then 140. So consult your physician and adjust years doses and drugs.
