I am a college student basically I am northindian but I am studying in south, so here people eat more oily food and after coming here I gained a lot, so I want to know how to be normal as I was before and want to get back to my figure.

Hi. Diet and exercise is the best thing. Avoid having more of coconut chutney, pickle and papas. Rice also have little. Do walking and bending exercise for details please contact me.
